The house is located in Sevierville, a mesmerizing landscape of rolling hills, mountain and river views. Although shops, restaurants and activities are only a short drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Our home has a large, asphalt driveway makes parking suitable for 4 vehicles.

We've designed the spaces in the home to give you everything you could want when visiting the Smokies. The back screened in patio and back patio are the perfect place to spend time in the hot tub, grilling steaks, and lounging. From morning to night, our patios provide the amenities that will quickly melt away any stress you've brought with you. You will feel like you are tucked away in the country while enjoying your coffee in the morning or relaxing in the hot tub at night with the sounds of nature around you. Alternatively, spend time on the front covered porch with lots of seating and tables to enjoy your favorite meal or beverage.

Country Charm has everything you need to stay entertained during your stay. There are 4 Smart TVs, high speed Internet, a hot tun and plenty of board games to keep the young at heart busy.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
